HumanDesign describes the complex engineered structure of how we are meant to be and how we’d thrive best, our individual aura, life force, perfect decision making process, and so on. We can use our HumanDesign Chart to understand, where in our life’s we are in our ‘Not Self Theme’, the patterns we live out when we are not aligned and when we are in the ‘Self Theme’ meaning living from within, through life force and aligned with our soul purpose.
