Tinka is a passionate facilitator and mentor, dedicated to awakening the body and soul to the fullness of intimacy, pleasure and creative expression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a deep commitment to co-creating a nonviolent, heart-centered culture, she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from her studies in Systemic Dance Therapy and Sexological Bodywork. The journeys into Tantra, BDSM, Shamanism and her personal research around mortality are enriching her ability to guide others towards authentic self-expression and full embodiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With her unique approach Tinka supports to let go of limiting beliefs and mental constructs, unlocking the freedom to move through life in alignment with truth, purpose and eros. Tinka offers a safe and supportive space, inviting you to dive deep – whether into the stillness of a serene lake, the wild currents of a river or the vastness of the ocean – until you discover your true desire. For several years Tinka regularly facilitated Temples in Zurich. For female bodies she offers transformative group containers and one-on-one mentorings to rediscover and celebrate our essential erotic energy.
